Staff always very very helpful.
Huge, big size rooms and nice size bathrooms. Paid US$ 104. Easy check-in, absolutely wonderful location very close to the clock tower which is pretty amazing as well as Venezia.

Everything was perfect, including helpful staff and incredible location in a 15th Century Clock tower. Location: the hotel was short walk to the Piazza San Marco, St Marks square, and the alley. I had some drinks at Ristorante do Forni, positioned 400 metres away.

The location itself sells the experience, with amazing views over St Mark's Square and easy access to Venice's main attractions.
The check-in process was quite lengthy, as it was handled by only one staff member managing multiple guests across two buildings.

I also can't believe they expected me to fetch my own toiletries! How hard would it have been to offer me a kettle? Almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

The location was perfect for our family, just a short walk to the Bell Tower of St Mark's Square. The room was spacious with a comfy bed, and we loved the whirlpool bath, a big hit with the kids after a long day of exploring.
My wife says that having more kid-friendly amenities would enhance the experience.

Noisy surroundings due to central location.

Staying in a Beautiful Double Room, the superb location in the heart of the main square provided easy access to all attractions and offered lovely views of the clock from the windows. The newly renovated bathroom was very clean and refreshing. Unfortunately, the check-in process was annoyingly lengthy due to a shortage of staff, and the room had some mismatched furniture and minor maintenance issues. Nonetheless, enjoying the home-made muffins was a good start to each day.
